About Course

The study of Arabic is vital for any Muslim who is serious about understanding his or her deen. The Qur’an has been revealed in Arabic and, the Qur’an defines itself primarily as an Arabic book. Even though, in the 21st century, the English world is privileged to have access to many brilliant translations of classical Islamic works that aim to preserve the traditional authentic understanding of the deen of Islam, the study of Arabic, or at least some form of understanding the language at a basic level at least is important.

This course aims to be a basic introduction to the language. It is a very practical course that is based on the Madinah Arabic for English speakers curriculum. We will be focusing on building vocabulary and using the language whilst being exposed to the structure and flow of the language in a subtle easy manner.
